Wameq Raza – I started photography about two and a half years ago and haven’t looked back since! I have to say, I’m not ashamed to admit that I love the equipment as much as I love photography itself, though that statement is more of a pipe dream for a PhD student.
Regardless, I’ve tried the conventional photography stuff but it just wasn’t doing it for me and was looking for something that had more visual appeal in terms of colours and texture and came across HDRs. Towards May 2012, after extensive reading and experimenting I finally managed to get some results that I liked haven’t looked back! I’ve been more less doing HDRs quite extensively (well, for all of the past few months) and don’t see this trend changing any time soon.
I’m interested in selling my images, so if you find one you particularly like, send me a message and it can be arranged!
FYI: Though originally from Bangladesh, my wife and I are both doing our PhDs in Economics in the Netherlands.
