    How do I download a PDF on my ipad? All I seem to be able to do is read in mediafire.

      Hi Garry,
      I’ve never tried it on a mobile device before, but if there is no Download option on the top right, then you may have to download it to a computer first and then transfer it to your ipad.

    When I hit the down load icon on the mediafire page, it only brings up a page of ads. What am I missing about doing the download?

    I find the use of the term .pdf “download” confusing here; maybe I’m doing something wrong. I just “downloaded” the January 2013 issue, my first experience with and reading of HDR One, and I got a folder of files and a browser link on my destop. Why can’t we just receive a complete .pdf file that can then be read on a stand-alone computer, laptop, or mobile device (iPad in my case)? I’d pay by the issue or subscribe for that convenience. If I can’t download a complete .pdf to my iPad, to read the magazine when and where I want, I’m far less interested.

      Hi Don,
      I’m afraid I don’t know what you mean. If you click on one of the links and then click the large Download button, you will get the pdf. Nothing else should be downloaded other than the pdf.

    A question about HDR plugins (utilities). Some months back, I came across a utility that would extract a range of several (five to seven) densities from a single image. Supposedly it would work with *.jpg or *.tif files and possibly even *.raw (although if you’re already shooting *.raw, you probably are shooting brackets anyway). Now I am unable to locate same among my several hundreds of book-marks and it would be of great use for a project I’m planning. I’ve got an archive of several (30K to 50K) *.jpg’s from four decades of location work and I’d like to see what I can pull out and enhance. If you know of any such program, please advise.
